BACKGROUND

Maxwell Health provides employers with a shopping portal for their employees to enroll in benefits online. Employees shop for products in various categories such as medical insurance, dental insurance or wellness during their Open Enrollment period.

I am currently redesigning this consumer facing shopping experience. I interviewed our users to hear their painpoints, created wireframes and a prototype for an improved workflow, conducted usability testing and am currently in the process of completing final visual designs.
